Friday Five: August 21, 2020

Need ideas for summer fun learning at home? Check out my homeschool resource finds from around the web. Follow me on Facebook and Pinterest for real time updates. Or wait until Friday for my weekly top five picks.

This week, I’ve been doing a lot research for things to do in September. I’ve found a lot of inspiration on Pinterest! I’ve also pulled up last year’s Family Fun Inspiration List and Study Guide to help me regroup for the coming month. Also new this week – a quote from Roger Lewin.

1. If I Were a Football Player Questionnaire

Hidden Figures Craft

Football is coming up soon. And while I’m personally not a huge football fanatic, my husband and kids are. I found this neat worksheet to start the conversation. See it on Pinterest.

2. Dahlia Wreath

I loved the colors of this Dahlia wreath, so I pinned it for inspiration.

I found this tutorial on how to make a Dahlia Wreath for the house. Read more.

3. Family Fun Inspiration for September (2019 edition)

Last year’s version of Family Fun Inspiration. This will be our jumping off point for this year. Read more.

4. September Study Guide (2019 edition)

5. Education Quote of the Week
